Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern sales concluded between Mieux Jeans (seller) and any buyer through the mieuxjeans.ma website. They are established in accordance with Moroccan law no. 31-08 on consumer protection measures and law no. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data.

All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Mieux Jeans reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are subject to stock availability.

The order is confirmed upon validation of the order form. A confirmation is sent by SMS and/or email. Mieux Jeans reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

• Unexpected stock shortage
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Suspicion of fraudulent order

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash on delivery — available throughout Morocco
• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CMI) — secure payment

Payment is due on the order date for online payments, or upon receipt of the parcel for cash on delivery.

Delivery is made exclusively in Morocco within 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery is free on all orders. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

In accordance with law no. 31-08, you have 7 business days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Mieux Jeans shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control (force majeure, carrier disruptions, etc.). Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
