In accordance with Moroccan law no. 31-08, we offer you a simple and transparent returns policy.
PROCESS
7-Day Window
You have 7 business days from receipt to initiate a return or exchange, in accordance with Moroccan law no. 31-08.

Send us an email at contact@mieuxjeans.ma or reach us on WhatsApp, quoting your order number and reason for return.
Return the Parcel
Ship the item in its original packaging (or equivalent) to our address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item, we process the exchange or refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Eligible Items for Return
- Unworn and unwashed item
- Original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Purchased within the last 7 business days
- No defect caused by the customer
Non-Eligible Items
- Worn or washed item
- Tags removed
- Item damaged by the customer
- Exceeding the 7-day deadline
- Sale items (unless manufacturing defect)
